To place an order, simply browse our website, select the products you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment details, and complete your purchase.

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account will allow you to track your orders, save your shipping details, and receive special offers.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets (e.g., Paytm, Google Pay). All transactions are securely processed using SSL encryption.

Yes, you can return products within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@rahulrangoli.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide you with the return address.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at contact@rahulrangoli.com within 24 hours of delivery and include a video of the unboxing. (Note: A video must be recorded while opening the package—this is mandatory in order to process any return or replacement.) We will arrange for a return or send a replacement at no extra charge.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us immediately to update your shipping address. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address.
