- The products must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
- Non-returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized items, opened products, and sale items are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@rahulrangoli.com with your order number and details of the product(s) you’re returning.
- You will be provided with a return address and instructions on how to send the product back.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a return and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra charge.
